What can PowerView® Automation do?
The new and improved PowerView® Automation system from Hunter Douglas ensures that your high-quality Hunter Douglas window treatments operate independently and move where you want, when you want. This system allows your shades to operate independently, moving only when you schedule them, giving you precise and easy control over the light in your home. Whether the most important aspect of your window treatments in your home is light control, privacy, temperature regulation, or energy efficiency, the PowerView® Automation system ensures that you can prioritize that feature even when you are not home.
How does PowerView® Automation work?
In addition to adding ease to your life once they are programmed, the actual programming of your window treatments is easy. PowerView® Automated shades can be operated in a variety of different ways to ensure the system works perfectly for you.
- Use the Pebble® Remote! Your days of handling clunky remotes are over, so you can say hello to the Pebble® Remote from Hunter Douglas! This palm-sized remote can operate up to six window treatments for on-demand light control. If you are worried about misplacing it, opt for the wall-mounted version instead!
- Get the PowerView® App! Available on both Apple® and Android™ phones and tablets, the PowerView® App gives you the ability to control your shades with the swipe of a finger! The PowerView® App can create custom scenes that will move shades to your preferred position, then automate them to move on their own throughout the day.
- Control with Bluetooth®! Bluetooth® technology features real-time, two-way communication between your shades and the PowerView® system. It does not get much easier than that! Thanks to Bluetooth technology, your Hunter Douglas window treatments will always be where you want them.
- Try Voice Control! That is right, these window treatments can also be operated by voice. You can program your window scenes to adjust using Siri® on your iPhone®, iPad® or HomePod™, the Amazon Alexa, or the Google Assistant.
- Add a PowerView® Gateway! The new PowerView® Gateway allows you to get even more from your system. The Gateway can integrate your automated shades with other manufacturers’ smart home systems with access to Remote Connect, so you can adjust your window treatments from anywhere in the world!
