With over 20 years of dedicated service at Ida & Norma’s, Elena has a deep understanding of the business and its customers. Having worked closely with the company’s previous owner, Steve, she was honored when the opportunity to take ownership arose. Elena is known for her exceptional ability to anticipate customer needs and her unwavering commitment to providing the high level of service that has made Ida & Norma’s a trusted name. Outside of the business, Elena builds custom PC's, games, and generously donates her time to animal rescue efforts.

With an impressive 40 years of experience with Ida & Norma's, Connie has been one of our cornerstones. Throughout her tenure, she has brought creativity, expertise, and a keen eye for detail to every project she works on. Outside of work, Connie enjoys spending time with her new puppy, her grandchildren, traveling with her husband of 41 years, and relaxing on her boat. Her dedication to Ida & Norma's is very cherished.  

Lola is our talented blind repair technician who also lends her expertise in the gallery, helping customers select the ideal window coverings for their homes. Outside of work, she channels her creativity into building import cars, exploring new destinations through travel, and nurturing her green thumb as she learns to garden.

With over 30 years of experience, our installer is renowned as the best in the Inland Northwest. We are incredibly fortunate to have him as part of our team. All of our customers love him for his professionalism and unmatched expertise. Beyond his exceptional work in window coverings, he’s a proud dog dad who enjoys lanscaping and indulging his passion for building and working on motorcycles.
